Sawyer Cocktail

Ingredients
- 2 oz gin, such as Beefeater
- ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 14 dashes Angostura bitters
- 7 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- 7 dashes Regan’s Orange Bitters No. 6
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with lime zest.
