Aviation Cocktail

Oakhurst Kitchen adapted from About.com Yield: 1 drink
- 2 oz gin (we recommend St. George Botanivore)
- ¼ oz maraschino liqueur
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz creme de violette
- lemon zest, for garnish
- Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon zest.
