Aviation Cocktail
Yield: 1 drink
  • 2 oz gin (we recommend St. George Botanivore)
  • ¼ oz maraschino liqueur
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ oz creme de violette
  • lemon zest, for garnish
  1. Combine ingredients into a cocktail shaker and then fill with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon zest.
