Manhattan Cocktail

Yield: 1 cocktail
- 2.5 ounces Rye Whiskey
- .25 ounce Maraschino Liqueur
- .75 ounce Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Luxardo Maraschino cherry, for garnish
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass. Add a lot of ice and stir for about a minute or until the cocktail is very cold.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a cherry.
