Harvard Cocktail

Oakhurst Kitchen adapted from Bitters by Brad Thomas Parsons Yield: 1 cocktail
- 1.5 ounces Cognac
- ¾ ounces Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth
- ¼ ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon grenadine
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- lemon twist, for garnish
- Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
