Harvard Cocktail
Yield: 1 cocktail
  • 1.5 ounces Cognac
  • ¾ ounces Carpano Antica Formula sweet vermouth
  • ¼ ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • lemon twist, for garnish
  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
